In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the frightening franchise, Scream, Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook’s Creative Shop have teamed up with Paramount Pictures, Spyglass Media Group and and super fan platform @hellosidneycom to launch MovieMate™, a new scary “second screen” chat experience that will bring a whole new dimension to the film 🎬

Starting today, MovieMate™ will be available for the 25th anniversary of Scream to answer movie watchers’ burning questions and offer them never-before seen images, footage, and information in real time as they’re streaming… and screaming!

Fans can access Movie Mate™ on Messenger as they stream the film at home. 🏡 Movie Mate™ seamlessly syncs with your stream and shares behind-the-scenes moments, exclusive photos, and entertaining facts about Scream that’ll make you feel like you’re totally up to speed in no time – whether you know the spoilers or not. You can also choose your path in the movie, depending on if you know some of the spoilers already or if it’s your first time watching the film. New fans and superfans alike, be prepared to get your scary on! 😦
